Hello, Winter Break's tour with Dogs On Acid just ended. It was too short and too fun.

Two new bands joining Lauren Records for a 2016 release.
Peach Kelli Pop will be releasing a new 3 song 7" and will be going on a U.S. tour this May!


Dogbreth's new album "Second Home" will be coming out on vinyl via Asian Man Records and on cassette via Lauren Records.

Growing Up Is Dumb v.3 - Tickets On Sale! 16 September 2015

Growing Up Is Dumb v.3 will take place December 11th-13th in Pomona CA at The American Legion Hall and VLHS. For those unfamiliar, wristbands will be PRE-SALE ONLY and picked up at the door of the show using your ID. The American Legion Hall will have 3 stages with bars for those over 21, VLHS will have one stage.. and you know. More bands and info will be announced soon. Thank you!

GROWING UP IS DUMB v.3 28 July 2015

It's starting to stir, GUID v.3 is coming soon!  Trying to do things a little different this year by including a 3v3 basketball tournament among bands.  This years GUID will feature the first ever Growing Up Is Dunk, co-hosted by Making New Enemies.  As I work on the details and the bribing, please buy a GUIDunk t-shirt and coozie to help raise money for the fest!  Please follow the Growing Up Is Dumb Facebook as that is my main web outlet for the fest.  Thanks!

Portland's BLOWOUT joining the family. 16 July 2015

Blowout is going in the studio to record their new LP and yours truly will be releasing it when it's done!  I got turned onto this band by Milk from Walter Mitty asking me to book them a show at VLHS, and since then I've been listening to their EP non stop.  It's so good.  Blowout was written about here, by Willamette Week, going over a little bit of the band's background as well as some future plans for them and PDX DIY.
